A knock down rebuild duplex where the water main sits on the far side of the road, so the Sydney Water connection was planned and approved before the slab.
A knock down rebuild duplex in South Wentworthville, currently in delivery. The existing water main is on the opposite side of the road, so the connection needed an underbore beneath the road, coordinated with Sydney Water before the slab works rather than discovered afterwards.
It is a good example of why service connections have to be designed and approved alongside the building approval, not after it.
