What we collect

When you use a form on this site we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, the site address and any notes or links you add. If you use the enquiry assistant, we keep the conversation and the details you give it, and the assistant's replies are generated by an AI service which processes the messages to produce them. We collect nothing else about you personally.

What we use it for

We use those details to respond to your enquiry: to call you, to prepare a site assessment or an estimate, and to keep a record of what we told you. If you tick the optional box on a form, we will also send you occasional building advice by email. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time. If you do not tick the box, we will not send you marketing email.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the NeoGen Homes directors and staff who work on your enquiry. Enquiries are stored in the website platform we use to run this site, and a copy of your contact details is kept in our email system so we have a second record if one service is unavailable. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone for their marketing.

Other services on this site

Some blog images are hosted on a content delivery network. The website platform records basic visit statistics such as pages viewed and the type of device used, and asks for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies. We also use Google's advertising tag so that we can tell whether an enquiry came from one of our own Google ads; it does not give us your name or contact details. We use the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure visits and enquiries from our Meta ads and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. It sends Meta the pages you view and the fact that an enquiry or block check was completed, along with information your browser shares such as your device and IP address. It does not send your name, email, phone number or property address. Meta's use of that information is covered by Meta's own privacy policy, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Keeping and deleting your details

We keep enquiry details while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to the project. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by emailing roy@neogenhomes.com.au. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, email the same address and a director will respond.
