We bring design and construction together
NeoGen Homes builds custom homes, duplexes and boutique residential developments across Sydney. We can start with the site and brief, or work from existing plans. Before construction, we test the design against approvals, buildability and budget. The same team stays with the project through pricing, construction and handover.
That continuity matters. Questions are answered by people who know the drawings, the decisions already made and what is happening on site. You know who owns each decision and who to call.
Roy Srivastava leads the business. Mohit Srivastava is the construction director and looks after site, quality and program. Zain Sattouf is a director and looks after contract administration and the technical side of approvals, including complying development.
