Knock down rebuild duplex in Canley Vale

A knock down rebuild duplex on an established Canley Vale street, currently in delivery: an older house coming down and two homes going up on a block that was never laid out for two. Sewer position, stormwater and the frontage shaped the design more than the zoning did.
