Duplexes in Appin
Two duplex projects carried through as one coordinated build, with each home resolved as an independent place to live.
Two duplex projects at Appin, built together as one program. Each was carried through as one coordinated build, while the two homes on each site were resolved as independent places to live.
Running the two sites together kept the trades, the deliveries and the inspections on one schedule, which is what made the program hold.
